I was satisfied with all who work at Perfect Appearance. The only problem I had was I had to wait 10 days for a $20 part to come in and was kept being promised it was the next day which never happened. Waiting on a $20 part while paying $50 per day for rental car does not make sense. The folks at Perfect Appearance finally fabricated the part and that was Satisfactory for me. It is I paid $500 while waiting for a $20 part. Does not make sense.
