As a family owned and operated auto body shop, Perfection Auto Body cares about the customers’ concerns and auto body repair needs. Perfection Auto Body has been at the same location and the same building since 1980. Our auto body technicians maintain a strict training schedule in order to stay I-CAR certified. Our team also has AC certifications for new vehicles with different specifications than older cars. As Perfection Auto Body employees, we are continually updating our knowledge and skills in order to serve our customers better. Perfection Auto Body will always be there for our customers at the same location and the same building providing them with an environment where customer service and quality shine through. Unless I was reached out and made the issues right and fixed my car properly, I do not see myself returning or ever recommending to anyone.

I called twice to express concern over two parts in my vehicle that were damaged during my accident and specifically because they weren’t listed in the estimate or repair receipt. I got my car back and it’s still driving as crappy as it was prior to the repairs. Cosmetic damaged is fixed but what’s the point if my car is still driving like the tires gonna fly off at any given moment and potentially causing the cosmetic damage to return. Super Unprofessional to not take a customers concerns serious and genuinely disappointed that I spent my money on pieces of plastic to be repaired versus the actual mechanical and important issues to be fixed.

Besides not taking my concerns serious, the phones calls felt very rushed, almost like they were annoyed to be answering the phone and as if I didn’t know what I was talking about on my OWN vehicle.

I was not only surprised, but also pleased with the short wait I had and the workmanship of the Perfection crew. My Ford was not only nicely mended, but was returned to me clean both inside and out. The crew even wiped down my dashboard. Excellent and courteous service! I will recommend you to others.
