I would still recommend them based on their work. This is an abnormal occurrence as I've been there several times with other issues. Quality of work is always top notch.

Atypical. Usually very good. Noticed a strange and large buff/scuff on my tailgate. Issue with the hood not being completely latched. Fortunate I didn't get on the highway immediately. Fixed after i returned not long after leaving. I'm certain an alignment was needed and not completed after the accident. Overall disappointed. The work required to fix the appearance was fine. As they usually do a good job. It's these misc. issues that are disheartening.

Generally fine. Work was not completed as scheduled. From having to call to find out if I was able to pick up my truck, to not being given any information as to why it was delayed and not receiving a firm completion date after.
