Although the service was done promptly, I wasn’t happy that my car came back smelling. I also didn’t like that they only told me when my car was done that they only take cash. Thank goodness my husband had money. I didn’t even have that much in my bank account and most people only use credit.

The car was taken in quickly and seems to be well repaired. I do think my car was left out in the storm unprotected and I believe there was water in my vehicle. It now smells like mildew and it didn’t smell before I brought it in. I worried about them leaving it out when the storm occurred. The back glass was broken, so I know water got on.
