I was satisfied after vehicle was taken back and repairs were fixed from first installation.

I am not pleased at how I had to call to check on my vehicle and the fact that I was told I would receive a call back and never did. I was called when repairs were completed the second time about an update on the status of my vehicle. The personnel who I encountered the first time when picking up my vehicle were extremely nice.

From the first day. Emplyers kept me informed. Made sure it was as new. Communication with body shop was great. Them helping get my car fixes getting ready. Rental car was took care of By them. Thanks for letting. Me sharing my thoughts.

Everything was perfect. The repair and the time it took to complete the repair was great. I believe someone had drove the car to McDonald's or ate in the car because two empty powerade bottles and a McDonald's sack was left in the car.
