I dropped my car off at the olive branch location. While I was explaining to them what all was wrong with the car, I felt that the guy wasn't listening. They sent my car to the hernandeo location. A week later, I got a call saying my car was done. I spoke with hannah and described what all had been wrong with the car and knew it wasn't finished. She was actually mortified, because a lot else had not been fixed. At that point, she took care of it and made sure my car was fixed correctly and that I was informed almost daily. If the olive branch location was the only one to handle it then I would have been furious. Hannah at the Hernando location took care of everything. If it wasn't for her, I would be reporting you to the BBB.

I couldnt have been more pleased with the service that Hannah gave at the Hernando location. There was a problem that arose from me dropping it off at the Olive Branch and store, then having it sent to Hernando. When it was over, none of that mattered. Inwas completely satisfied with the service Hannah provided. I will recommend her location to everyone.
