I took my truck to Caliber I was told that OEM parts would be used and they were not. My truck front bumper was replaced with a gray bumper while the original bumper was black I was told that my bumper would be reordered on 8/13/26 and it would be replaced in a week, I was told that the bumper was ordered but it was the gray one. I am still waiting for my new bumper and today is 9/2/2026 and I have not hfrom Andrew Brown at Caliber. I would not recommend Caliber to anyone.i want my truck fixed today and I want it fixed right.
