The repairs were fine, but the shop kept my car for almost 6 weeks for a very minor accident. They kept changing the due date. but telling me this via text only after the shop had closed on the due day. One time they told me on a Wednesday that my car was almost done (Friday was the due date) only to keep the car almost another month. They informed me about progress on repairs only to repeat the same thing weeks later.
