I appreciated the text updates from Cameron. I also appreciated the hours of operation so I could pick up my car after my workday. The front desk team was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns related to how the process worked with insurance.

The work on my car was well done, but communication with the team felt very disorganized. It seemed that they may have lost my information at one point. I was also told to expect same-day callbacks twice- i was not called back on either day
