Staff was hard to get in touch with, I received a text message saying my car was done so I drove 40 minutes the next day to pick up my car and they said it wasn't ready yet and that I should've waited til they called me. I figured the text message would be enough but I guess I was supposed to mind read. The text message should've been enough and they tried to make it my fault that I was there to pick up my car when it wasnt ready

The repair looks awful. Not sure why body filler was used instead of replacing the quarter panel. Maybe that was on the insurance co. I’ll call them tomorrow and find out. The rear bumper cover will not even fasten and sticks out. Looks like absolute.crap. Why it would even be returned like that is beyond me. I’d rather not even repaired it than to drive a Escalade full of body filler. The objective is to make it look like it hasn’t been wrecked. That clearly was not the goal. The more I looked at iit the more it made me sick.It will be going elsewhere to be corrected.
