John was phenomenal at AutoNation. I can not say enough about his customer service, updates, thoroughness, and ensuring I was always aligned with next steps. Travelers made it easy and I followed the steps to get a rental after drop off. Enterprise was helpful too with the rides there and back for the rental.

John is one of the greatest examples of customer service I have experienced in my life. I brought my infant daughter each time and he was so considerate each time. He called once at 7pm when there was a delay and he wanted to make sure I knew what was going on. I am so impressed by John and would hire him.

See comments above. Ms Emma really professional and inviting. She has a very calming attitude and delivery. Every one I encountered offered help. When the original renter didn’t have a vehicle to my satisfaction, she reached out to another. No luck there either, she then helped me secure rental for the next day.
