Communication sometimes daily was excellent on the progress of my repair. All personnel phone calls to text messages were consistent for updates. All staff exhibited professionalism and understood my concerns when I did receive my car. I was told that all would be explained to me how my car was repaired and I was grateful to recognize my car the way I had hoped. I was also told any future concerns would be taken care of fully and after several weeks, I'm just happy to have my car back and appreciated the efforts and the concerns and the daily updates which I felt that I could count on. In the day and age of most businesses not answering the phone. I appreciate it, knowing I could always speak to a person and they knew who I was and they knew what my car was going through was a consistent relief. Thank you to all your staff. Moving from one state to another from New Mexico to Tennessee was the colossal move and with my unexpected accident having relied on Crash Champions Mount Mariah in Memphis, Tennessee helped greatly in this transition from one state to another. I am grateful. Thank you to all who gave me confidence that my car will be back to excellent condition.

Customer Sevice was excellent, as far as the vehicle is concerned,as it is that i dont drive it to often it's basically hardly driven brought it home paked it in the garage,so i cant tell about the mechanical and computer parts and functions,you see its a 2017 with less than 50 thousand miles.So ill have to redo a survey another time on those issues alone.
