Car was finished close to promised time, they did and excellent job with panel fitment and paint. You cannot tell it had been damaged. I had one minor issue but it was resolved quickly. I'm a bit picky about my vehicles, they passed.

Minimal work was done. A light was out of place when I picked up my vehicle that was not in that state at drop off

There was a severe lack in communication between the facility to myself. A difference in estimates occurred that was not communicated to myself, allowing my car to sit after being taken apart with no labor being performed. I did not receive a call about this. I had to call myself to ask why I had not received a call on the time frame I was given for repairs.

I would never recommend your bodyshop for repairs

It took 3 months for bodyshop to repair my vehicle. I confirmed with them the day my vehicle would be done and returned the rental car. I went to pick up my car that day and it wasn't done. They finished the vehicle a few days later. Mist upsetting part about this ordeal was the lack of consideration with respect to keeping me informed of the status of the repairs. The bodyshop typically does not answer the phone or return your call. The insurance company had the same problem when they were trying to confirm the status of the repairs.
