I discussed my need to have my truck repaired as soon as possible since I depend on it as my sole work and supply truck. The appraiser told me it would take 7 or 8 days and I explained it would be a hardship for me. I stopped in the first day after work and was disappointed that it was still sitting outside & nothing had been done to it! I asked the appraiser about it and expressed my disappointment that it wasn’t started. He said they would get it inside that day and they did but just tool some things apart. I should have known it certainly wasn’t a priority for them. I think I dropped it off 6/25 And picked up 7/10. That is far from the 8 days as I expected! I stopped in frequently to get some tools out of it (and check on the progress) which I was told would be OK. I noticed several times there were days where the truck sat at the same spot with the same parts laying there and nothing had been worked on. I am very familiar with auto mechanics and know when something is being worked on or not. The overall quality of the work is very good and I am happy with that , although I am not happy with the alignment and I will be taking it elsewhere to have it realigned. I would not take another vehicle there for body work.
