It would have been a 10 if I thought my insurance claim was being handled in a timely fashion. It seemed that only my phone calls were generating the actions needed. But once things got rolling, the technicians were knowledgable and did excellent work.

I need to bring my Kia back. Rear wiper unit upside down, note on window. Blinkers not working. Front wiper sliding off front window off body of car. Issue with radio. Plastic piece missing between rear view mirror and head liner. I'm sure all these issues can be addressed easily. Thank you.
