on 12/7/2016 i received my vehicle back with NO AUDIO SYSTEM (radio, navigation,cd,dvd,etc. I have just paid AUDI of Nashua over $2000 to replace the amplifier that was damaged while at Performance Auto Body of Lowell. Tony and the staff took no responsibility for the damage which was diagnosed at Audi!

Great customer service except they did not fix the slow leak in front tire that started after accident. It was on claim report abd specifically called to their attention when car was dropped off. Said it wasn't leaking. It still leaks. I had to add 10 puns of air today...so now it's my problem to get fixed I guessential even though it started with the accident.

I can't believe how great my car looks! Well done team! George you are the bomb! Going to be coming back here for regular service in the near future I never had such a great experience at a shop like at performance plus!
