The car looked perfect (damage solved, super clean etc. when I picked it up despite the two day delay. It even smelled new again. I was disappointed that it took longer than promised but the results were good.

many misses on getting correct parts. finally to figure out it is on back order. communication not good. delays cost me 250-300 in additional rental fees. car still not finished. was told i wouldn’t need to pay my deductible until i brink back when backordered part arrives. when i pick up car person at desk us unaware of that and asks for deductible.
