the work was good. people seemed honest and genuine. worked hard w/insurance to avoid a vehicle total loss. I really appreciated that!

Communication wasn't as good as expected. I had to initiate most of it. Deadlines were missed, and had had to call in for an update, as opposed to being called, when it was know a deadline wasn't going to be hit. Deadline was pushed multiple times, and I had to call in to ask instead of being called and notified.
