Friendly service! Beautiful work! My vehicle looks and runs like new! I would rate a 10++++ if the repairs hadn't taken so long.... due to hold ups with insurance authorizations, backordered parts, etc., probably none of which were Perry & Terry's fault.... 11 weeks is too long when the rental car exspense is out of pocket.... again, probably not Perry & Terry's fault. I have one other concern.... my computer dash signals "maintenance overdue", but I had just had my oil changed a week or two prior to the accident? I will need to stop by and see what they can do about that. I have nothing but praise for the quality of their work! This is the second time I have used Perry & Terry..... I highly recommend them.

Hey, I finally got the chance to drive it around in a slow, quiet area to make sure everything was fine, but something underneath is still making a clunking/rubbing sound on right turns/ taking off from a stop. It seems like when the wheel begins to rotate after a stop something “clicks”. The car is driveable again, but it still doesn’t seem like the suspension is fully repaired. Does it take time for the new parts to break in? Should I keep driving it or bring it back in?

Hey I messaged yesterday also. The car is completely drivable, so thank you.. but something underneath makes a clunking sound when turning right sometimes, and when pulling away from a stop, the first wheel rotation creates a knocking/ clunking sound as well

I would have given a 10 but the sales guy said he would order a part for my truck on the side and when I showed up to pay for my van repair, he did not order the part. Then he says, "oh, did you want me to order that" I'm like, what the heck did we talk about for 15 minutes. He has since ordered it and now I have to wait. All else was amazing

Very poor communication. I was told I would be updated throughout the repair process and that never happened, even though my car was at the autobody for a week and a half. I also asked if a specific repair could be made and was told they would look into it and let me know. They never updated me, instead waiting for me to come pick up the car to tell me that they didn’t make that repair.

Well, I would have said at 10, but now my car start making noises and I called and Justin was supposed to call me back and he never has. So i've taken it into the mechanic to see why it's naked noises that never made before, I took it into Perry terry
