I appreciate the constant communication that I received about the status of my car as well as the status of the insurance claim against the person that hit me. Every time I talked to someone at the location they were friendly, helpful and if they didn't know the answer they would call me back soon after they got the answer

The work looks phenomenal, My car is only 6 months old and they made it look brand new like the rest of the car. their communication throughout the process was outstanding. I would recommend them as well as use them if I ever have another accident.

Even though there was miscommunication about the shop waiting for a check from my insurance company, when I had the checks, I still would recommend them to friends.

The only thing -- when I took my car in, I had mentioned I already had a check from insurance and that I thought the checks would go directly to me. When I called to see when my car would be ready, I was told it was ready but they were waiting for the insurance to send a check (or something like that). I said I already had a check. I paid for a rental car on my own. I wish you guys would have called me first to let me know my car was ready. I could have gotten my car a few days earlier than I actually did.

The repair work was great. Customer service poor..several times was told I would receive a call for pricing and updates. Noone ever called back.
