Joe did a wonderful job of making sure I knew what was going on and also what my Farmers coverage entailed. I would have missed a large part of my coverage benefits of he hadn't been so knowledgable and willing to help. Took a little longe then originally predicted but they pushed it through quicker to get my car back in time for a road trip I had planned. Besides the rear window wiper not on correctly, was rather amusing though, everything looks great!
