It took about 2 weeks and there is still deer hair stuck in the wheel hubs. Visible dent still showing and the panels of side near door and bumper are not aligned. I have pictures as well. I am very disappointed and

I am completely dissatisfied. They fixed my car but caused new problems that weren’t there before I took it to the shop. These issues started after the repairs, not after the accident, and now they aren’t willing to address them properly. They’re telling me to take the car to a service center, but who is going to pay for that? If they can’t complete the repairs or take the car to a service shop to fix the problems, why did they agree to repair it? Now they don’t want to take responsibility because they’ve already received the insurance money. This is totally unacceptable.

Despite the delay in completing the repair when I originally thought, which I said in a previous comment, they did work hard to beat my critical finished-by deadline (due to a planned trip) and I was very pleased with the end result. They even repaired something I missed initially. The repair and car cleaning was great. The follow up could have been better which is why I didn’t rate the experience as a 10 in one section of the questionnaire. And, yes, I would use them again.
