The customer service experience was excellent — everyone was polite and helpful, and I really appreciated that. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the paint job. It was clearly noticeable where the car had been repainted, and I brought it back expecting it to be corrected. Unfortunately, when I came to pick it up again, the issue still wasn’t fixed
