NO COMMUNICATION….Initial submit told me to bring in right away due to “un-drivable”, I can the next day and the guy tells me they don’t have me scheduled and next opening is with the month. Next day, I get called asking why I didn’t show up. Fast forward to the 3rd week in the shop they told me my car would be done may 1,2nd they call and apparently burnt a hole in my rear bumper from seeing a blemish. Spoke with the manager says he’ll call enterprise to pay for the extra days I had the rental , never happened. Just poor poor communication.

I had no indication from this business that they were seeing extreme delays in parts for my car also no monetary help or loaner car while experiencing this hardship in fact we had to get involved with manufacture even though point of sale was perruzi collision
