Depends on how their insurance controls things. If used parts are prime, then this shop will be over qualified. Poor parts were rejected again and again.

while the organization did a good job, the process of needing to try to acquire used parts which continually arrived in an unacceptable condition, is absurd.

I don't live around the area anymore. If a friend needs their car quickly fixed going through their insurance carrier, I would not recommend. They need more technicians who can handle more cars.

The customer service was great. John is very polite and called me a lot. The downside of the repair was that the car's glove box was muddy on the inside, 2 lugnuts are missing from rear tires that makes a noise when driving. The bumper and how the car drives is excellent. It took 2 months to repair which was extended everytime John called me. He paid for the rental after my insurance deductable was used up which was nice of him to do. One of the last times I asked why my car wasn't being finished he answered that one of his guys couldn't work on it that day. There is no other workers at the shop that can fix Honda Civics? I know it is not Johns fault but I now need to drive to your shop again to get the parts that are not on my car. My rental was hit in Virginia when I was parked at a job interview. This was during the last week that I had the rental. This repair process took 2 months. He told me on the phone if there was anything that he could do, but in reality nothing was done. I chose Peruzzi Collision because it is a household name, and new they did great work from having lived in the area. Triple A gave me the recommendation.

John called my back always when I called the shop. He is a pleasant and great guy. I wish there could have been something done for it taking so long. The reason he gave me was that someone had to get surgery. Isn't there any technicians at the shop that can work on Honda Civics?
