I was, on the whole very pleased with both the repair work and the Customer Service I received. However, 1 very tiny thing came to light just today, Thursday, 2/11/16. I have a pair of "deer whistles" on the front of my car. To work properly, they must face front. My deer whistles are now both facing to the left! How that happened, I can't imagine. The repair was totally in the back! Perhaps during the car wash? Anyway, it's a small matter, and I think, easily fixed, so no problem. Just mentioned it because it's so strange. Barb Lotz
