There was a film on the windshield that soap and water would not remove. I had to use car polish to remove. Lastly, the driver side windshield spray nozzle was loose and spraying at the base of the windshield. Took car to dealer for this repair. Dealer had to order the part. The car should not have been returned in this condition. Aside from these two items, the overall repair appears to date quite satisfactory.

Staff was exceptionally courteous, understanding and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Then again, I've come to expect nothing less from Peruzzi. Even Lee B, my car salesman got involved to ensure I was taken care of. I was heartbroken having had the car for 2 months when hit and run occurred. But its a thing of the past, no trace of injury. TYTYTY.

I was told that it would be five days for the repair, the repair time was doubled. I had to initiate the calls to find out when my truck would be ready. It would not have been so frustrating if I was being advised of the delay and adjusted time. Also, I had to bring my truck back to the shop for minor alterations after it left the shop. The work done on my truck was outstanding, I was frustrated by the extended time to do the repair.
