Great job on the car. Communication was a litte off. I told them what number to call with updates and when it was finished. They called the wrong number so it took 3 days to find out my car was ready. I finally received an email.

repairs were done well, but I had received many calls. ie not done on time, more damage was found, after I received the call to come get it, I was called again to inform me that there was a chip that needed painting so itd be another 3 days to pick it up.

customer service was helpful, but when I had left to initially drop my car off at my appointment time I had called my insurance company only to find out the estimate wasnt locked in. it would have wasted an hour drive to get there. thankfully I called and it only wasted 20 mins of my day.
