Communication really needed to be better, but they did a good job on my car. I had no problem with the wait but if it was going to take longer or they had to wait on something they could have called me.

They did a good job, wished their communication and customer service was better.

Communication was poor. I had to call several times was told they would call me back and they did not. I felt like I was harassing them just to see how long I needed my rental.

It looks like a new car. I noticed you even cleaned it inside and out.

I think the people I talked to were friendly and answered all my questions.
