Phil long collision did a great job fixing my 2015 Escape. They were prompt, communicated with my husband, were fast and got the job done ahead of schedule. The only problem I had was my right side Brahe caliper has something on it. We emailed our contact the day we picked it up , last Saturday and still have not received a response.
