Nando, Nyssa, and others were wonderful! I’m grateful that the technicians were thorough in repairing my car well! I will highly recommend others if they were to get rear-ended and need repairs too. I’m very grateful that Nyssa was very helpful throughout the process. Nando checked my car and I’m grateful for his help and me his caring personality. His assistant Michaela called and updated the progress. Their driver Larry gave me a ride, and I’m very grateful that he was a very good and cautious driver. Rick Campbell went above and beyond on helping me through this warranty process. He explained everything in detail and kept me informed through the whole process. I did not meet the technicians involved in taking care of my truck but from what Rick did I am 100% sure the technicians were on top of their game and did an outstanding job. I am impressed on the quality and professionalism of your entire staff. I also have to mention your receptionist. She was super helpful and never kept me waiting even though she was so busy.
