Nando, Nyssa, and others were wonderful! I’m grateful that the technicians were thorough in repairing my car well! I will highly recommend others if they were to get rear-ended and need repairs too. I’m very grateful that Nyssa was very helpful throughout the process. Nando checked my car and I’m grateful for his help and me his caring personality. His assistant Michaela called and updated the progress. Their driver Larry gave me a ride, and I’m very grateful that he was a very good and cautious driver. Rick Campbell went above and beyond on helping me through this warranty process. He explained everything in detail and kept me informed through the whole process. I did not meet the technicians involved in taking care of my truck but from what Rick did I am 100% sure the technicians were on top of their game and did an outstanding job. I am impressed on the quality and professionalism of your entire staff. I also have to mention your receptionist. She was super helpful and never kept me waiting even though she was so busy. The only issue is the south facility. It needs work. Also staffing over the holidays resulted in the main door being locked with no signage. It took 30 minutes to find any staff members so I could pick up the car.

I appreciated the daily updates though it would be more helpful if it was more detailed. I realize each time I was offered the opportunity to contact Nando, but just a simple explanation could have helped. Plus, I realize it's hard to estimate time, and offering long and getting done early always feels better, but a time update would be helpful at time. Thx
