We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Rick kept us up to date every step of the way and ensured that mom's car was taken care of and fixed. It looked brand new when I went to pick it up! He took the time to check out the car at pick up with me as well. We appreciate everything Rick, Duane and the crew did to get my mom's car back to us and looking better than ever!

I wish I would have been contacted by phone in the first couple of days with an explanation of what was happening with my truck. The app is very basic. After two weeks I finally called to get a progress update today—first human contact I had since dropping it off. The earlier text update said I might get the truck back by the weekend, but once I made phone calls to both the collision center and insurance, I had my vehicle back, magically, today. Communication needs to improve!

I have had to use Phil Long services several times, unfortunately, so I think I am a little bit recognized by now by some of the staff. The front desk lady, McKayla, has always been so warm and friendly when greeting me, as have the other front desk ladies, but McKayla has seen me through all of my vehicles with you guys lol. In addition to that, she and my service techs were constantly in contact with me and sending me updates on my car. I really appreciated that!
