They made me feel important! Kept me informed every step of the process. Even though my part was on back order Ed still called to explain the situation. All the staff is friendly and show that they care! Phil’s always had a good reputation I am glad to see that Ed is doing the same. From the day I came in for a quote for the damage until I picked up my truck , it was a great experience! My repairs were clearly explained in detail on how they were going to be completed and how long it was going to take. All of the staff were friendly and engaging, answering all of my questions and my repairs were reasonably priced. When I picked up my truck, I couldn’t have been more happier with the work that was completed! It looked brand new, like nothing ever happened. I truly felt appreciated for choosing Phil’s Collision for my repairs.

Everyone at Phil's was incredibly helpful and knew exactly how everything was going to play out from time frame to completion, which was a few days earlier than expected, down to their help with my rental vehicle.
