Family Owned & Operated Business Established by Wayne and Judy Govert in 1983, we have since grown our business from a 2,500 square foot shop to a full service auto body and mechanical facility with over 40,000 square feet of usable space. The latest expansion occurred in September of 2006 with the addition of a new state of the art auto body facility in Merrillville at the intersection of Route 30 and Whitcomb. Proudly serving Northwest Indiana and the Chicago area with the utmost emphasis placed on customer satisfaction, we are always continuing education and striving to improve our business. Would never recommend any one to come to your facility. Have already told people how bad of an experience this was. You all have had my vehicle for nearly a month for again an accident that was my fault.

Have coming to your facility for years. Had to come back several times to evaluate the repairs that were done. Ended up having to pay out of pocket for an auto accident that was not my fault, due to additional damages caused at facility.

Received terrible customer service. There was lack of communication provided. Did not receive any updates in regards to job progress of my vehicle. I had to reach out to you all first to check status and sometimes was provided with little to no information. There were times I was waiting days to find out any information at all. Staff was not friendly to deal with. Was also called in during a major storm to pick up vehicle and assess work, which was extremely unsafe due to road conditions, electrical outages, high standing waters, and major tree damages/falls.

The ladies were very nice during my initial contact, when I dropped my vehicle off. However, they was NO communication on the status of my vehicle or estimates. I had to call and inquire about both, although I was told during the initial drop off that I would be contacted.
