The door doesn't close the way it used to. You almost have to slam it to get it to latch. Also, there's something in the door that rattles when you hit bumps or music is playing. I know they'll say bring it back and they will fix it, but I'm over a hour each way and don't want to drive all that time to bring it back.

I had no idea who to call about fixing my truck after it was hit. This entire process was a first for me. Once I spoke to Phil's I felt so much better they knew what to do and helped. Not only that they texted me updates and stayed on schedule. Not only that but customer service is amazing, every phone call was answered by happy gracious people, in today's world positive customer service is rare. I had questions and concerns-they answered everything. They really are the best in the business. If you need work done call Phil's and see for yourself why they are the only place to go.

From my very first conversation with the father-and-son duo, I knew immediately that this was the collision center I wanted to work with. They communicated clearly and kept me continuously updated throughout the entire process, which made the experience stress-free. The quality of their workmanship was truly top-tier. My vehicle was completed a day earlier than scheduled and returned to me in pristine condition—it looked brand new. They even went the extra mile by detailing the interior. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this shop. They have definitely earned a lifelong customer, and I would definitely recommend Phil’s to anyone in need of collision repairs.
