Mike Nero (manager), and James Pfau (Asst. Manager) were great... Very informative and kept me up to date with everything.. Work done on time as promised. Very professional and efficient shop. I would recommend to friends and family.... Turned my nightmare car accident into a happy ending... Thank you

The repairs were great, but the inefficiency and lack of transparency about the dates were super inconvenient. The pickup date was changed multiple times, and there was no communication about that from anybody from the office until I spoke with Jim. Once I spoke with Jim I felt like a wanted customer. He called me with updates and was as honest as he could have been. He saved my experience with Honda.

The crew here took very very good care of me and my vehicle. I had my vehicle in for some bodywork and they kept me posted the entire time and they were also able to schedule my oil change and state inspection while it was there. When I got my car back, not only was I happy with the work that was done, but they also went above and beyond by washing the outside of my car and fully vacuuming the inside of my car. Thank you!!!
