There are still parts of my door that aren’t right after the initial repair. My car was returned to me after the door replacement with grease stains all over the seats, door, and windows and with a headlight out. I returned it to have those things taken care of and the headlight was fixed, but there are still grease stains that I tried removing myself. The door handle on the inside is not completely fastened and is loose, the speaker on the door is loose, and there is a dent in the part where the door opens. This is a lease and I am not entirely happy with the work, and this is also on the body shop and no other part of the dealership. I did return the car right away for the additional repairs, which the manager did, but upon further inspection it’s still not acceptable.

They did a spectacular job - Mike the Body Shop mgr is the best and kept in communication every step, knowing it was urgent I get the car back ASAP as it was being traded-in and the deal waiting on that repair, I’ll go back to him & refer others whenever necessary (but hopefully not too often lol!) - thanks Mike!
