Your Body shop manager communication with me was very condescending and rude. I called on several occasions without receiving the courtesy of a call back. Whenever I got him on the phone, he would raised his voice and never showed any comprehension of what I was trying to point at. I have so far bought two cars and had repairs and service done at this dealership for years and never had this awful of a service. I incurred car rental charges amounting to slightly more than a thousand while my car was there for almost two months with multiple postponement of the deadline. Currently, my driver side window does not open or close properly. I hope and pray nothing else is amiss. I really do not wish to ever work with him again.
