Generally I was satisfied with the quality of repairs. However, there is a slight misalignment of the front area so it isn't sitting flush and inside my trunk there was a lot of white powdery stuff left on the rubber mat Otherwise, it was good

Customer Service

Generally I was satisfied with the service provided. The only area for improvement is to have personal outreach to customers to provide a true status on vehicle vs just sending the auto generated texts which isn't always accurate in terms of timing for completion of work. I had to call to get a true status update

Even with the delay and communication hiccup, I would still recommend this body shop and dealership overall. I've been a long time customer of the dealership overall and my satisfaction with the body shop is on par with all maintenance received at this dealership.

Repair Quality

Overall, the repair was great. The body shop does great work. The length of time to repair what was expressed to me as relatively minor was a bit much, but the shop did address my concerns with the delay impacting my ability to even pick up my car once complete and I'm thoroughly thankful for the way they addressed things. My car looks and drives great!

Customer Service

Overall I'm satisfied with the customer service. I do think communication could be better especially when there's a delay involved. However, they did respond to my concerns, especially when it came to an uncommunicated delay caused greater headaches on my end. They were able to resolve things and I'm greatly appreciative. They also did a great job explaining what they saw and potential other things that couldn't be seen from surface level damage, which I appreciated during the evaluation portion of the process.

While the repairs to the car were good, the communication about how long my car would take, and when it would be completed or lacking. I would get a message stating the car would be ready on a particular day and at the end of that day would come another message with a different completion time on it. This happened more than once.

I really appreciate the text communication! It’s so lovely to get updates. I honestly still need to take a good look at the car, but just the experience it self was great.

My Experience

This was my second repair with the body shop for this car. My initial experience was beyond reproach. Everyone was so professional and did such a great job. Unfortunately, in this most recent experience, the gentleman who was put in charge of my case was very aloof and seemed disinterested. He even went so far as to ask why I was bringing it to you instead of going through the other insurance companies repair shop. I found this quite interesting. Also, the rear window washer is broken. It does not work when I try to turn it on. I am bringing the car in on Friday for inspection and I will let them know about the windshield wiper and hopefully it can be repaired.

They did a great job once again. Just a minor issue. The lift gate windshield washer isn’t working.

The bodywork that was done is great. I had to call them out on the bumper, not fully closed against the body of the car. Didn’t realize until I got home how dusty the inside of my car was white dust all over my hatchback all over the windows

Poor customer service to the max. Nobody cared that I am a single father that requires a vehicle and nobody cared about the exorbitant amount of money that I spent due to their negligence, nor was a reimbursed the rental costs form the initial completion date which would have fell within my insurance policy limits.

Honestly, I had a totally horrible experience that started in early January. I had an accident that ripped off my whole front bumper. I selected Springfield Honda as a certified repair solution through my insurance (State Farm). I brought my car in on July 6th for an estimate. The indicidual inspected my vehicle and then stated he would give me a call back for when I should bring my car in for servicing. I was able to receive a rental car during while my car was serviced because my car wasn’t in condition to drive on the road due to my headlights being totally ripped off. I picked up the rental car and did not receive a call back from Springfield Honda for weeks after I had called multiple times. Once I spoke to an associate they stated that the individual that completed my estimate had left the company and my claim was never processed and had got lost and never forwarded to my insurance. Subsequently, the gentlemean told me to bring the car in and he would handle everything. This was three weeks from the date I brought my car in for the estimate and servicing. Once I brought my car in I was told the car would be available for the first time on August 15th. I reached out to them on the 15th and they informed me that they needed more parts and my vehicle would not be ready for pick up. They then moved the date from the 15th to August 26th. On August 26th, I contacted Springfield Honda to arrange to pick up my vehicle. They then stated that they needed more parts to properly assemble the bumper that were not initially ordered. They sent me a message after I contacted them moving the date to August 28th. On the 28th, I again reached out to arrange to pick up vehicle and they stated they needed to wait for another part and sent the following message: “We adjusted your target date base don the information Mark provided to you- We have to have the sublet work done before assembly so we can then get cleaned up for you-Have a good holiday and follow-up next week. Mike@Piazza Honda” I was not able to pick my vehicle up till September 6th. It was a two month ordeal that cost me a lot of money for a rental car, and at no point did Springfield Honda offer me any type of consolation or anything regarding the many issues that occurred. Not even an apology. Absolutely the worst experience and its shameful to be honest that this is the manner at which they operate their business.

My Experience

Accident 7/1 didn’t get it back until today. I was summoned several times by this app to pick up the car only to be told it needed yet another part when I got there. Insurance rental ended 7/30. I asked for a loaner and was denied. Last week after yet another summons to pick it up I showed my anger. Then they agreed to a loaner. For two nights. The collision center does not communicate well with the service center and neither communicate with the public effectively. They pulled the trigger on this app prematurely several times. I called very often, was kicked to voicemail and rarely received a return call. First time they summoned me for pick up, I drove 90 from the shore losing a day of vacation only to be told it needed yet another part. I understand insurance issues and supply chain issues, particularly these days but that has nothing to do with efficient communications nor their first denial of a loaner.

I was in an accident on 7/2 and dropped the car off at collision the next day. Received a message on 7/10 which said work was initiated and expected completion was 7/24. It wasn’t ready then. Next message says 7/29 completion. I left two voicemails seeking clarification. At the end of the day I was told it needed paint and suspension. 8/3 called 5 times and was dumped into voicemail. I received a message that it was all fixed and ready to come home. It wasn’t. 8/14 message that car won’t be ready until 8/20. It wasn’t. 8/22 message that it would be ready at 4:15. It wasn’t ready. 8/26 message that it was ready. It was not ready. I got mad and slammed the door on them. Then they got me a loaner for two days. 8/28 message that it’s ready. I start the car and all the warning lights came on. It took two more days to reset them. Now, I really do understand insurance wrangling and supply chain issues, but this was frustrating to say the least. My insurance rental was over at the end of July. I asked Piazza for a loaner and was denied. I missed a day of vacation and drove 90 miles to be thwarted by the first false alarm and was out $1200 for a car rental after my insurance rental expired. You clearly have a communication problem. A bad one. Your collision doesn’t communicate effectively with your service and neither communicates with the customer adequately, which is the biggest problem. The car was ultimately cleaned and polished and repaired and that’s the only reason you’re not getting a total dissatisfaction rating.
