Sam was a true professional from the start. This is why I chose to go with Picasso over other collision companies. Plus, they are Land Rover certified. He walked me through the process. He helped negotiate through my insurance company. Sam made sure I understood the entire process and helped me along the way. He would update me by phone, email and text. I received pictures along the way of the progression of my car repairs. The communication was off the charts. He made sure everything that needed to be done - was done. My car was completed within two weeks just as promised!!! my Range Rover sport looks amazing again. You would never know it's been in an accident.

The crew at Picasso‘s did an amazing job on my Land Rover, quick service, progressive pictures throughout repair very much appreciated never was out of the loop on where we were with the repair, thank you Sam. And they completed and delivered on the date as they promised. I will definitely be letting my friends and family know were to go when they need some body repair on their vehicles. Rating is due to the customer service by Sam and the work done by the technicians! My vehicle looks great which is very important to me. A technician took the time to tuck my rear camera wires, without me asking. I really appreciate this. The technician went above and beyond what was expected. Sam and these technicians are why I would recommend this body shop and use it again, if I have to, (God forbid I have to).

Everybody at Picasso Auto Body went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. I was promised my car in one week, and I got it days less than that. I was given a quote for the price, and it was hundreds of dollars less than that. They could’ve easily left it the way it was I wouldn’t have known the difference. In other words, I feel that they had my best interest in mine. This is the third time I’ve worked with them and have felt the same way every time.
