Argues repairs like you mechanically don’t know your vehicle, treats your like your stupid. Steals paperwork they have no right to be touching out of the vehicle, empties out the vehicle when they weren’t given permission, I had to prove to my insurance it was 100% before it got hit just to get a second opinion to fix it right!! I recommend to NO ONE to trust this place! They’re dishonest, and scam artists! The only honesty they had was they fixed the body that’s it!

The body of the truck looks beautiful but it is not fully fixed! The steering issues it had after it got hit are still there! Drove it home with the issue because I do not trust this shop! What company cleans your truck out without permission! On top of that, all my service paperwork that was in my glove box has disappeared except my state inspection paperwork. It will never go back to this shop again.

I shouldn’t be proving that my truck had zero issues to be fixed properly because “it had issues before it got hit” no it didn’t! How would you know? Did you see it before the accident? No? Okay! Sad I had to call company’s or get copies of paperwork to show it had no issues prior.

They were very polite and my car looks good. Communication is the reason I chose the 8. I had to reach out to them to get the work started, to find out if the work was completed, and to get my car mats back (the detailer forgot to put them back in my car).
