It took one month for the shop to begin working on my vehicle. It took another month to repair after giving a two week estimate. The shop failed to communicate any updates or changes tonthe timeline. I had to go to the shop physically to have any communication whatsoever. I received an email from them that the car was completed on 12/26 and was ready for pickup. However, the shop was closed that day and no one returned until 12/29. At that point, the car was still not completed. When they finally claimed the car was completed, they had already submitted the estimate for payment to NJM, but the car was still not ready for pickup. After going to pick up my vehicle, the TPMS sensor had an error, which it did not when it was dropped off. They took an additional four days for a third party to look at it and claim they would have to charge for it to be fixed. The headlights are misaligned despite claiming it was fixed on the provided estimate.
