The headliner was removed from the vehicle. During this process the technician left dirty finger prints all over the interior panels that were removed. There was no care taken prevent this or to clean them upon completion. Also when the rear hatch is raised and closed there is now a sound behind the trim panel in the door as if something is loose and rattling around. Most likely a plastic clip was broken during removal and was left with out concern by the technician.
