Apart from not getting any info at the begining, the crew that fixed my Volkswagen was nothing short of amazing. From my phone call check ins, to pick up, to finally driving my car they were wonderful

Extremely professional and kind. Great work in a quick turnaround. I just appreciate the communication and overall kindness of the staff. I hope not to need any more work done but if I do. Pinkeys is the ONLY one that will fix my car. I’m BIG on customer service and they are the BEST!!

First time in and the drop off/pick up was great and really appreciated all the extra details on the inside as well, totally unexpected and worth the trip alone, will definitely be back for other car services.

I stopped by for an estimate a bit late in the day but still well within the window, but there wasn't capacity to get an estimate that day, so I had to return another day - not a huge deal, and partly my fault for coming later in the day, but not 10/10 I guess

Customer service is top tier! Steven is a legend—I must have called him 20 times with questions and such throughout the process, and whether it was about the body work they were doing or questions about navigating the process with the insurance company he was able answer all of them and put my mind at ease every time.

Initial estimate was extensive and was well explained to me. Initial estimate for time to complete seemed very reasonable, and when the work was completed on the 2nd day after the car was dropped off (3 days total) I was flabbergasted and very pleased. I was also very happy with the job done on the repairs and at how nice the paint job looked. I will be sure to recommend you to friends, neighbors and family in the future.
