I have had work done at this shop on other occasions and never experienced these issues. The are the only Liberty Mutual approved shop in Medford

I was not happy that the replacement bumper was purchased at a salvage yard but apparently this is allowed by insurance. The painted areas were all redone and look good but the chrome pieces used have many visible scratches on them. Other repairs on vehicle are fine to date.

Vehicle in shop for 4 weeks. It wasn't until end of fourth week I was contacted by Pioneer to state vehicle ready. Went next day to pick up and vehicle repair was not completed. To get status of repair I had to call Pioneer to find out what was going on.
