I thought they were very nice and accommodating, even though they seemed a bit unorganized. They did text me every day which I really appreciated, but they did not have my customer insurance paperwork the morning I brought my car in. Maybe that’s how things are done, as I am not familiar., but I just happened to have the paper with me or I would’ve had to make another call. The job on the truck was top rate. Very pleased.
