The repairs took 2 weeks from the day I dropped it off, and when I picked it up it was free of any complications. Additionally and most important the car looked as good as new.

I am very pleased with the repairs made to my car. It looks great. My only complaint was that i was told by the staff at the shop that if i dropped the car off on Monday it would be done by Friday. So i did that. Friday came and went...no phone call from P&J. Monday morning, i called and was told that because there was more damage than originally assessed, it was taking longer and would be ready that afternoon, or definitely by Tuesday. No further word on Monday. Tuesday i waited...nothing. I called Tuesday at 3:45pm, got a recorded message saying the shop was closed. I then left a message. The woman from the shop called me back in about 15 min to say the car was done but they were awaiting approval from NJM before they could release it. Finally i got the call at noontime Wednesday that it was done. So, the issue is not the service itself, as the car looks perfect, but rather, the communication. I sat around for 3 days, waiting, thinking it was going to be done and i would need to go and get it. A phone call or 2 could have avoided that.

Shop is very courteous. The repairs were completed when noted. My car was returned to me very clean and the work was excellent.
