I was forgotten about. After about a month and a half close to two months I had to call to find out what was going on and was told I was forgotten about. Then when I got my call today that the car was ready, he thought he was talking to someone else telling me about a deductible, but I didn’t have about what to do with my car that rental car, which also was incorrect. I was told it was going to take five days and it took three weeks.

Ridiculous all the way around. Forgot about me for 2 months when parts were ordered. Took 3 weeks to fix - they told me 5 days. Then the threw out a window cling that was my property that can’t be replaced.

Amazing experience. Even better work. My first accident and I was extremely nervous. Jimmy from pjs auto body was so easy to work with and reassuring. My car came out perfect. The paint job was flawless and they made everything extremely easy for me. I can’t say enough about this shop! Great costumer service and even better work. 10/10

This is actually his wife. We completely liked the service provided. However, I am disappointed that the white paint does not match the rest of the car. I don't understand because Subaru only had the one white color. Is there a reason for this?
