Still have the water leak. Back a second time and been there for a week. They can see it is leaking but can’t find the leak. Very very frustrating. No service loaner and stick with no vehicle. You will likely lose a customer after this.

I only give this rating because, I had called and left messages, for someone to call me back to schedule this maintenance service. And yes, I left messages! On the fourth try, Neisha answered the phone. I explained I had been trying to reach someone,anyone, for over 2 weeks. I “did” invest in the Black Label Service(ha). Finally got an appointment but, no loaners were available. I was offered Uber services but, opted not to do this. I got an appointment for the next week, made arrangements for my grandson,who I keep, and sat and waited. Neisha “did” get me out of there in 1 hour and I truly appreciate that!

Very satisfied with Planet Ford collision repair. Ms. Becky the repair specialist was fabulous. She kept me informed about all that needs to be done and progress update. The bodywork and repair was spectacular. My truck looks brand new. The overall experience was wonderful and I recommend planet forward collision center to anyone requiring their service.

They left a lot of damage to the car, it took almost 4 months, they lied saying that they would deliver it and it is not true, poor service, I would not recommend that my friends go to Ford for any damage

They charged me for an $800 sun glass holder that I didn’t approve. They lost my truck 2 times and couldn’t find it. They had my truck under another customer name. Top 3 worst repair experiences of my lifetime.

My car was slated to be completed on June 28th and I didn't get a notification that my vehicle was completed until July 17th with no updates after June 24th. The next update I got was on the 13th of July with an updated eta.I tried to call the number that was provided on the text updates, but did not receive an answer either of the 2 times and could not leave a vm.
