Aside from stain on backseat of car 😊which will be taken care of, Jonah and the team were great at communicating and in a friendly manner. He even went all out and gave me a ride when I was dropped off a few blocks away and I had a ankle injury so that was very much appreciated.

It took way too long in my opinion to fix 2 new tires 1 rim replaced, 1 rim fixed, alignment, 1strut and some paint. They also left a large rubber wheel lining inside the vehicle that I had to make a special trip to dispose of.

Almost every contact with Jonas was made by me except for once. He was very nice each time, but I've had my car in Collision several times at planet ford and for more extensive damage and for this relatively minor damage it seemed to long and communication wasn't there unless initiated by me.

One of the main issues was not addressed which was the steering wheel stiffness it was not even noted I was told the truck was ready I get there the issue is still present im very disappointed with the customer service
