It took way too long in my opinion to fix 2 new tires 1 rim replaced, 1 rim fixed, alignment, 1strut and some paint. They also left a large rubber wheel lining inside the vehicle that I had to make a special trip to dispose of.

Almost every contact with Jonas was made by me except for once. He was very nice each time, but I've had my car in Collision several times at planet ford and for more extensive damage and for this relatively minor damage it seemed to long and communication wasn't there unless initiated by me.

One of the main issues was not addressed which was the steering wheel stiffness it was not even noted I was told the truck was ready I get there the issue is still present im very disappointed with the customer service

The car was making a flapping noise in the rear tire well area when I attempted to drive away so I returned immediately and brought it to Jonah’s attention. He said that he would check on having this repaired through the Allstate claim but had the shop to make a temporary fix so that I could leave as I had already returned my rental to enterprise . My car did not make this noise before or have this issue prior to the body work. I would like to have it repaired properly.
